Desvio LLC, meaning detour, was orginally founded in 2012. Our comapny was based on wanting to help out new and existing customers get to the next level with their products or idea.
Cristen Bridges
Owner/ President
Cristen holds a degree in Radio, TV and Film from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. While in college she received Volunteer of the Years at the Denton County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center. She also holds a MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake in San Antonio, TX. She has held various HR, managerial, operation management, corporate trainer and special project positions with a warehouse distribution company and plastic injection molding facility. Cristen bought an existing business as an investment and created Desvio LLC in 2012.
Cristen enjoys all the dynamics of owning her own business and developing a strategy to make it a win-win for both parties. She is involved in all aspect to make sure everything is executed to everyone’s liking. Her keen since of business is why her businesses run so successfully and lean.
Being active and making donations to the community are important to Cristen. She is currently certified by the WBENC and currently sits on the WBEC-West Regional Vice Chair (Reno). She also volunteers at the Nevada Women's Fund and is a member of Nevada's Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology.
Michael Bridges
Manufacturing Manager
Michael has been working with Advanced Plastic Molding Inc for the past 20 years. Advanced Plastic Molding is a 3rd generation family owned business that started in 1986. He over see's all aspects of the operation and is currently the President. Current customers that he handles are Wal-Mart, GE Oil and Gas, Parker Hannifin, IGT, Ellsworth Chemical, Home Depot, Sears, Orchard Supply, QVC, K-Mart, Menards and other companies.
Michael adds value and expertise to Desvio by overseeing all manufacturing, warehouse, distribution needs.
